Job Description
- Develop an understanding of the process, measures, and value drivers for the business.
- Reporting to provide business intelligence and analytical support to the stakeholder
- Provide in-depth analysis/commentary to the management on key trends, alerts, issues.
- Liaise with process owners and develop a trusted partner status through high quality support and decision aiding analysis.
- Key performance indicators/measures covering credit operational, financial and risk landscape
- Credit underwriting, onboarding, customer segmentation and product preference - evaluation of sales opportunity and associated credit risk
- Credit risk, delinquency, follow-up and recovery measures – developing credit scorecard/risk-based pricing and underwriting evaluation/approval policy
- Customer satisfaction and experience insights
- Financial and operational metrics – reporting dashboard on Tableau and data modeling
- Annual plan (budget) and reforecasts, including cash flow and working capital projection
- Business development opportunities
- Benchmark and market studies
- Revenue maximization, promotion planning and pricing
- Cost minimization, operational efficiency and process improvement
- Capital expenditure approvals
