Job Description
- Carrying out refrigeration engineering activities to agreed standards and priorities, working with minimal supervision
- Technically to be generally proficient in cold room and integral case maintenance and to seek support for more complex fault finding on remote refrigeration and cold room installations
- Work with operations to ensure the various facilities stay within the RSM and PSM guidelines.
- Conduct facility ammonia refrigeration/utility audits.
- Perform engineering analysis and calculations of ammonia refrigeration/utilities operations ..
- Conduct ammonia refrigeration/utilities modeling and analysis.
- Identify and provide documentation of on-site opportunities for ammonia refrigeration compliance.
- Review and discuss technical elements of the utility and ammonia refrigeration equipment in our facilities and how they affect utility consumption and demand.
- Oversee external contractors and make recommendations regarding proper facility installations following the RSM and PSM guidelines.
- Facilitate ongoing specific training of the utility and ammonia refrigeration equipment, maintenance, and compliance.
