Job Description
- Act as the Concessionaires’ Representative in collaboration between the Concessionaires and the Project Retail Delivery Team.
- ManagetheConcessionaire engagement and design delivery process by ensuringsubmissions of the concessionaire detailed designs and implementation on site are as per the agreed program and timelines
- Direct management of the concessionaire’s concept designs.
- Assist theLead Retail Development Consultant MTBwith interfacing of the retail delivery with the MTB ORAT team.
- Assist theLead Retail Development Consultant MTBwith managing the MTB Retail Delivery RISK Schedule on behalf of Commercial.
- Support the Concessionaire and their design teams to ensure designs submissions are complete and compliant, prior to the Retail Delivery Team undertaking the technical assessment and approval.
- Assist in Retail units Handover and Closeout Phases with the Retail Delivery Team, including coordination with the Facilities Management Provider, IT Department and Services Providers.
- Prepare Technical information for any RFP’s required for the retail in MTB.
