You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPrimary duties include but are not limited to: scheduled/unscheduled aircraft maintenance on all aircraft systems; turbine engine, propeller, airframe, flight control/landing gear/engine rigging, troubleshooting systems, daily/turnaround inspections, perform corrosion inspections and related treatment, washing/cleaning, servicing aircraft fuel/oil/hydraulic/oxygen/nitrogen systems, Structural repairs and component in-house repair/back shop programs. The aircraft mechanic reports to the Shift Lead Aircraft Mechanic. Additional duties involve Non Destructive Testing & Inspections in accordance with National Aerospace Standard (NAS) 410. These tasks include: Performs Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current, and Ultrasonic inspections, equipment operations, set up, special tools & equipment operation, standards and test procedures. Documentation of all inspections conducted by an approved inspector who has completed required training by the company and/or manufacture for the equipment being inspected.
