Job Description
- Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other regulations. Facilitates or provides training (including orientation) the workforce.
- Interviews and screens interviews applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements. Administrates and works with management on internal promotions. Contract Support:
- SPOT Administrator
- Prepares, maintains and distributes employee contracts (new & renewal).
- Maintain database and notifies management of performance appraisals.
- Maintains employee files in the HR filing system.
- Handles all aspects of performance appraisal maintenance and notification.
- Processes leave requests.
- Process Final-Out processing Benefits Administration:
- Assists with administering various employees benefit programs, such as group insurance, life, and medical.
