Manage logistics, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Follow up shipment on daily basis with Agents / suppliers and Clearances office.
Coordinating and revising documents from suppliers / customers
Doing the needful arrangements for shipments (Rates , booking , Issuing B/L’S Tracking, clearance)
Follow up Cargo delivery files and shipping arrangements
Responsible for every shipment documentation preparation such as invoice, & packing list, according to the agreement that took place between Sales department and the client
Coordinate the process of supply/demand forecasting, inventory management, and on-time delivery

Job Requirements
Proven working experience as a Logistics Specialist
Knowledge about international trade, custom clearance, shipping documentation and incoterms
Planning and time management skills
Excellent attention to details
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
BS in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or Material Control
