Job Description
§ You’ll be responsible of the recruitment process end to end, while delivering best-in-class service and attracting top talents.
§ Lead recruitment processes while working closely with hiring managers - from job definition to managing the hiring & onboarding process.
§ Identify, engage and secure top talented candidates (both passive and active) throughout the EMEA region.
§ Asses candidate qualifications and personal match for the position requirements and Lumenis’ culture.
§ Manage multiple open requisitions at any given time and actively, monitor all candidates’ progress throughout the process.
