Legal & Compliance Officer

§ Work on the development and continuous review of a compliance and corporate governance framework within the Kingdom of Bahrain and the implementation of local law and regulations and global compliance policies, including Aon’s Code of Business Conduct.

§ Establish and assess the appropriateness of Aon’s locally implemented compliance policies, advise the business on Aon’s global compliance policies and promptly follow up on identified deficiencies. Where necessary, formulate proposals for amendments to local policies and procedures in liaison with the Regional Compliance Officer.

§ Provide legal, regulatory and compliance advice to the business on projects, providing tailored solutions to regulatory issues, and oversee the implementation of regulatory change.
