Able to demonstrate the use of consulting skills including questioning, listening, ideas development, permission & rapport & influencing
Create professional service proposals for implementation and O&M.
Liaise closely with technical manager, Business Development manager, Project managers and Implementation managers, Partner Product Manager and account Manager.
Act as a technical design authority resource to both sales and clients.
Carry out proof of concept trials and technology demonstrations.
