Job Description
- Set product vision and direction for your domain, and lead the organization through the value creation process.
- Translate business goals into a high-level roadmap that will deliver the value
- Set OKRs that will align your teams and business to strategic objectives
- Mentor your team to build a detailed roadmap that bubbles up to your directional roadmap and delivers on the OKRs.
- Coach Product managers and grow them in their careers.
- Set and improve the product discovery, conceptualization, and validation process.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to measure and validate the value of the products delivered.
- Work with technology leadership to deliver value and improve the development lifecycle.
- Iterate to deliver the expected value communicated in their plan to show how the strategy set delivered company growth.
- Build a team and grow and coach a team of product managers.
