Job Description
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Performs routine & preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Installs ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system.
- Ability to use power and hand tools, thermometers, pressure gauges and other testing devices to evaluate HVAC systems.
- Maintains inventory of replacement parts and order replacements.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
- Assisting with customers' queries.
