Job Description
- Fully own the country events planning and execution for all T2, T3 and category events (eight monthly recurring events) and collaborate closely with the central events team for all T1 events.
- Communicate effectively the events objectives, strategy, and milestones to senior leaders and key stakeholders as you own the KSA events reporting and write-ups for all country MBRs, QBRs and marketing initiative reviews
- Make independent and informed decisions to deliver the right things with limited guidance.
- Contribute to assess long-term strategies (like building events OP1)
- Recommend solutions to existing and new issues (merchandising optimization, automated event pages, semi-automated design with Banner-X etc., optimized traffic plans…).
