Provide Support in any or several of the following D365FO Functional areas of Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing.
Participate in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the business requirements to configure Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the Business needs.
Communicate with the application stakeholders and departmentskey users on many levels to obtain the necessary understanding of the business processes.
Work with the organization Key Users to ensure full understanding of the implications to the current business processes.
Communicate with the vendor Development Team to ensure implementation of the necessary modification to the Microsoft Dynamics Application.
Understanding of user needs and collaborates with other consultants and support teams to complete implementation life cycle and documentation.
Conduct acceptance testing and training program for end-users to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical Know-how, written & verbal communication & team participation.
Job Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, (Finance, Accounting back ground Preferred).
Between 1-2 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
Accounting and Production modules experience is a major advantage.
Strong Customer orientation.
Work as team work.
Excellent presentation skills, communication skills.
