Job Description
- Prepare and Process purchase requisitions as per instructions
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships;
- Research vendors of materials, equipment or supplies in order to determine product availability and terms of sales
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
