Job Description
- Prepare list of processing area improvement projects to be included in CAPEX budgeting process.
- Study, implement and encourage innovation ideas to improve productivity or save either running cost or maintenance cost.
- Translate company vision and mission to targets/goals for MTC team.
- Apply dynamic control on the M&R budget to achieve targeted cost per ton according to actual volume produced vs. budgeted volume.
- Review min/max and consumption of spare parts stocks to ensure its availability and study its effect on the storeroom value and modify each item order quantity at min to be justified and to reduce the storeroom value as much as possible.
- Monitor MTC team competencies and their quality of work and set suitable training program to improve their capabilities.
- Set and evaluate MTC team goals to encourage them improve their skills and meet company strategies.
- Coach MTC team on how to set goals and improve their weakness points.
- Lead the technical team and set suitable training courses to improve their competencies and ensure their adherence to safety, GMP and quality organizational policies.
