Job Description
- Create and publish job ads in various portals Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events Screen resumes and job applications Interviewing candidates in person for a wide range of roles across junior, senior, and executive Host and participate in job fairs Execute the strategic recruitment plan, set hiring goals including time frames Craft job descriptions and interview question kits Identify various sources of candidates including international organizations at colleges, professional groups and expat communities.
