Duties &Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing & updating projects' BOQ and quantity survey.
- Technical coordination between all disciplines.
- Responsible preparing all shop drawings.
- Responsible preparing all addition works with contractors & suppliers &Client.
- Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers to get proposals and response to inquiries
- Responsible for preparing any required construction details.
- Responsible for responding to all site documentation (RFI –MIR -MS -etc.)
- Preparing site reports (progress).
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 6- 8 years' experience in high end finishes projects specially retail and offices .
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very good command of English.
- Auto CAD
- Photoshop
