Job Description
- Manage team of quality assurance analysts providing software configuration management for client/server applications develop and release by the information technology organization.
- Replace components as required, troubleshoot, and rig engines and flight controls.
- Used extensive use of SQL queries for back end testing using API and XML.
- Monitor all plant GMP's, including pest control, sanitation, safety, security, and environmental concerns.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for training.
- Organize proposal solicitation and calculation for USACE approval.
- Calibrate precision measuring instruments for production areas and personnel.
- Develop SQL statements to identify and resolve encumbrance variances.
- Ensure accuracy throughout operations by performing quarterly ISO internal auditing.
- Maintain SPC documentation and perform capability studies of manufacturing equipment.
- Direct lesion to USACE quality assurance representatives and project engineers.
- Perform GMP auditing reports and sanitation testing on sensitive processing areas.
- Collect microbiology and product samples and collaborate with third-party test laboratory.
- Monitor equipment to ensure operations conform to production and ISO processing standards.
- Modify HACCP plan and test production equipment for marinating and packaging requirements.
