Responsible for overseeing the execution and launch of all full price and promotional events
Foster and support 360 degree marketing strategies and online execution for major brand initiatives
Drive divisional, brand and corporate marketing plans aligned with Women’s and Children’s business
Assist in managing weekly event/promotional meetings
Partner closely with Stores and Factory Store teams to maintain marketing is omni channel
Deliver on loyalty program goals, including enrollment, engagement, and retention
Develop and execute the loyalty marketing program monthly calendar
Collaborate with digital and brand marketing teams to create interesting campaigns that contribute to the program’s strategic initiatives
Partner with IT teams to ensure technical features and functions are meeting expectations and contributing to a positive customer experience
