Job Description
- CCMs are committed to excellence in construction management/project management, career advancement, and the pursuit of knowledge.
- CCMs provide professional services which apply effective management techniques to the planning, design, and construction of a project from inception to completion to control time, cost and quality.
- The purpose of the CCM is to improve delivery of the built environment by identifying the construction managers (CMs) who are best qualified by education and experience to deliver professional construction managementservices at the highest level of quality and ethical conduct.
- Receive a printed certificate and digital badge to show your CCM status
- CCMs are in demand at a time when the industry needs skilled workers
- CCMs pass a comprehensive in-person exam that tests on 15 practice areas, including management of time, safety, and costs
