Job Description
- Actively supports, understands, prioritizes, and applies preventative maintenance methods and processes for maintenance work on mechanical equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical plant systems.
- Spends time with operations group and shares knowledge and standard methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and meet team deadlines while keeping supervisor, workgroup, and other stakeholders advised on a timely basis of any progress updates or work completion.
- Comfortable with established Management Process & Team workflow.
- Ensures that maintenance & mechanical work is completed in a timely fashion and per the maintenance process and procedures.
- Fundamental knowledge of operation of tanks blenders, vessels, exchangers, pumps, compressors, furnace equipment, packaging equipment and machinery, gas systems, product shipping, cooling system, and quality testing of product, as well as utility and emergency support systems.
