Job Description
- Performs daily supervisory tasks covering all of the administrative activities. Prepares, coordinates and distributes maintenance schedules, maintains scheduled service records and technical equipment calibration schedule.
- Ensures CBRN equipment is operational and ready for issue.
- Monitors repair parts usage to determine if current stock levels are adequate for maintaining repair schedule. Orders/Reorders parts as necessary.
- Ensures unserviceable and/or excess equipment is turned-in and new equipment is received, inspected, inventoried and stored.
- Prepares and maintains all supply documents and file using ARMIS filing system.
- Ensures Contingency data base is maintained. Enters data, prepares and maintains documentation on all CBRN Defense Equipment, by NSN/line number, quantity, size, expiration date or shelf life, quantity required on-hand, quantity on-hand, quantity ordered, date ordered, and date due-in.
- Provides training to subordinates personnel.
- Monitors operational readiness rate for CBRN equipment.
