Job Description
- Oversees and manages operational bus availability to ensure their continuous availability for any operational requirements
- Manages a pool of emergency buses and deploys an emergency bus whenever required
- Oversees any new requests for supply chain depending on the demand requirements and follows up on pending requisitions
- Manages buses to the respective bus drivers and prepares all relevant documents and formalities
- Oversees eMushrif Hardware Health and reports any issues in the hardware to the relevant workshop team
- Oversees the bus ODO Meter and scheduled maintenance dates to ensure buses are available for major/ minor maintenance in a timely manner
- Coordinates with the workshop for any required corrective maintenance
- Manages fuel consumption of buses and coordinates with the finance and accounts team to complete the payments of the fuel consumption
- Solves any abnormalities in bus fuel consumption and reports it to the relevant team
