Job Description
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with accuracy
- Assist in the monthly close process for operating entities, as needed
- Assist with company accounting functions – including deposit checks, regular internal auditing and with accounts receivable monitoring/follow up
- Oversee all COIs for vendors, ensuring accuracy and properly filing them
- Assist in reconciliation of Monthly Credit Card accounts
- Maintain proper accounting policies and procedures developed by Management
- Maintain records in preparation for future external audit/review
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and invoicing for all (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Provide consistent & superb customer service to internal and external customers including but not limited to answering the phone and greeting guests.
- Order, receive and maintain office supplies
- Update and publish various lists (phone numbers, etc.)
- Assist in daily office administrative work and IT department
- Prepare ad hoc reports/projects, as requested by the executive team
- Other duties as assigned
