Job Description
- Manages, maintains, and care for current publications of technical manuals on/for current equipment as a backup to the electronic manual library (located on the project’s intranet site).
- Researches, orders, and maintain the most current updates/ changes and required manuals, forms, tags, changes, CD-ROMs, etc., through APD/LOGSA on equipment being repaired on the project.
- Provides customer service assistance on research, printing, sign-out, tags, forms, order requests, etc. Customers include Army, other base commands and commands in Europe and USA.
- Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, take charge and display initiative in all job tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned. These include QC department backup for administration (status reports, admin mail runs, and administrative tasks). Assist in supply orders and hand receipt inventories.
