Job Description
- Work within Safety Rules and Regulations to ensure personal safety and that of others all the time
- Ensure trainings, certifications and other site access requirements are fulfilled (On-shore and off-shore).
- Address technical customer requests, seek to understand and provide a guidance for resolution.
- Support the commercial team to provide the best value proposition to the customers.
- Ensure the equipment, tooling, measuring devices and PPEs (calibrations, certifications, …etc.) are kept up to date.
- Assess and coordinate technical aspects - together with Technical, Instruments and Project Management Department - all related documentation, tools and equipment's for service jobs are available/on site.
- Schedule and dispatch technical services' resources to exceed customer expectations.
- Consolidate documents to ensure the projects are invoiced in a timely manner.
