Contract Manager / Cost Controller

1. Assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager to control and complete the project on time and within the approved budget.

2. Perform contract analysis and advise/monitor the compliance to contracts’ requirements

3. Recording and controlling direct and indirect costs on the basis of the initial cost estimate, and reporting current deviations and deviations to complete to the Project Manager, so that appropriate corrective actions can be identified and implemented;

4. Support the Project management during the contract changes/claims process providing the impact evaluation on costs and schedules.

5. Review of claims and extension of time submitted by the Sub-Contractors.

6. Draft formal letter for the related parties of the project.

7. Analysis of any potential variations or extra activities, and estimate the related cost and time

8. Analysis of Vendor Recovery opportunities, cost recovery analysis and relative technical dossier preparation.

9. Cooperate with the Construction and Site Managers in order to collect the feedback data pertaining to the construction cost and schedule.

10. Monitor, review and control the expenses/cost of the project during construction phase. Review and make sure that all the invoices from sub-contractors are provided with the right backup documents and allocated correctly and on time, to ensure that the project will be completed within the assigned budget and full in control.
