Job Description
- Prepare work pack dossiers outlining the commissioning work scope of each systems and subsystems prior to field execution
- Have a clear understanding of the project schedule the priorities set by the Commissioning team and expedite the completions associated with these priorities
- Maintain clear and concise action lists of outstanding work scopes check sheet and punch list and coordinate their completion with various work parties construction and commissioning
- Witness SAT pre commissioning activities for equipment
- Provide detailed reports outlining the status of outstanding works and completion progress
- Monitor and ensure the completions database (TAKEOVERxp) is updated and showing the current status of outstanding works
- Ensure all tags are properly populated in TOxp
- Review and enter punch list items into the completions database and upon their completion enter the punch list closure form
- Experienced using a Completions Management System and good understanding of the handover and completions process
- Provide direct supervision to skilled and/or semi-skilled non-exempt staff
