Job Description
- The primary responsibilities are as follows: Lead all aspects of accounting operations to ensure finance and accounting activities are performed in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, agreements and are fully compliant with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Saudi Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Ensure preparation of periodical financial statements and Shareholders' reports on APQ's financial performance, liquidity and profitability Direct and resolve critical finance and accounting issues with the Shareholders, affiliates and auditors Establish a strong internal control environment to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting and compliance with all applicable laws
