Job Description
- Assume responsibility to fully conversant with the programmes, 'Targets and PPM Systems' for Production/Installation/maintenance.
- Assume responsibility to effective organization, deployment and control of the site labour / supervision. Reporting of time keeping and absenteeism. Advise on operative assessment and development.
- Assume responsibility to ensure that the standard of the installed works is in accordance with the technical and quality specification of the contract and quality of workmanship is maintained to the highest standards.
- Assume responsibility to ensure that project Health & Safety standards are maintained during the construction /and or maintenance of the works.
- Assume responsibility to ensure that Contract drawings are constantly marked-up, to enable timely issue to the D.O for issuance of the 'As Built' Record Drawings.
- Assume responsibility to monitoring of 'minimum' material stock levels to ensure materials at site are sufficient to achieve the planned programme dates and liaison with the Stores.
