Job Description

  • Lead, coach, develop and inspire team members to plan, prioritize and execute assignments with exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage the leaving process for exiting employees including collecting obligatory documentation and conducting exit interviews.
  • Manage and maintain HR Policies and Procedures, liaising with the HR Director as needed.
  • Assist in formulating organization structure development that includes preparing plans for future talent needs, taking part in the process of developing proposals and execution of approved plans.
  • Assisting the HR Director in disciplinary or grievance cases, as well as assisting in supporting any organizational change.
  • Plan and conduct employees engagement activities as well as aligning with related department for execution.
  • Manage the employee contracts renewal process.
  • Address the queries and concerns of employees.
