Job Description
- Deliver successful engagements through managing diverse projects with multi-disciplinary and integrated teams in complex analysis and problem-solving including problem structuring, analytical techniques, synthesis, and client implication.
- Lead internal and external business development and develop new service offerings and thought leadership initiatives.
- Manage key client and stakeholder’s expectations to build and foster long-term relationships
- Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
- Assist stakeholders in sustainability and energy through policy development, regulatory reform, and service provision.
- Display leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions.
- Contribute to key building initiatives and activities (e.g. involvement in Practice/Capability Areas, knowledge building efforts, mentoring, recruiting, and training).
