About Fallow Deer
It is a symbol of beauty, and poets used it in their poems. The Fludir gazelle is distinguished by its long, wide and forked horns in the males. It is also distinguished by the white spots spread along its back. It has a distinctive taste and is one of the main dishes that we are proud to present in the Fludir series. We were inspired by the details of the project. From this deer, we took it as our sign.
