About the Role:
We are searching for a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Team Leader to join our growing team! The successful candidate will report to the Head of Distribution (FS Agent Network) and play a vital role in driving the success of Yassirs Financial Services Product in the assigned Welaya(s). He/She will lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives ensuring they achieve set targets and contribute to the expansion and performance of Yassirs agent network.
TASKS :
Take ownership of a specific Welaya(s) developing and executing a localized sales strategy to acquire agents in highpotential areas within the region.
Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives fostering a positive and performancedriven work environment.
Coach and develop the team on Yassirs financial services product sales techniques and customer service excellence.
Monitor team performance against set targets and provide ongoing feedback and support.
Identify and address any challenges faced by the team members to ensure their success.
Work collaboratively with the Head of Distribution to identify and onboard new agents within the assigned region.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new agents providing initial product training and addressing any questions or concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned agents in the assigned region fostering open communication and addressing their concerns promptly.
Support the Head of Distribution in implementing agent incentive programs and driving continuous business growth within the territory.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region including agent acquisition transaction volume and service uptime.
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize the teams performance and agent network effectiveness.
Profil :
Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role ideally within the financial services telecom FMCG or Tobacco industries.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and motivating teams to achieve their full potential.
Strong leadership communication coaching and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Datadriven approach to problemsolving and performance optimization.
Understanding of the Algerian market and business environment (a plus).
