Specialist

Rust Belt Resources is partnering with a public sector client on a Specialist III role. The ideal person will have experience implementing web applications using various languages. This is a 2-year long contract role available as 1099/C2C. The role is on-site 1 week and remote 1 week based out of Brooklyn, NY.

Daily activities will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities will include system analysis of existing source code or applications and produce documentation, business process or system flows, and business rules.

Arrange programming sequence by analyzing source code, preparing workflow charts and diagrams using technical capabilities, programming language, and logic.

Produce data mapping and specifications related to data structure.

Produce work products and deliver artifacts in line with business needs and project plan.

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Required:

7+ years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist

7+of experience in implementing applications using ASP.NET framework, ASP.NET Web Services (ASMX), VB .Net/C#, ADO .Net
7+years of experience in analyzing and debugging SQL queries, stored procedures (eg. PL/SQL code) and working with data in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL

Preferred:

- 5+Experience in implementing web applications using scripting languages such as Java Script, jQuery,and AngularJS
- 5+years experience as system analyst in analyzing existing .Net, Power Builder or COTs applications collaborating with internal teams or System Integrator to produce documentation related to business processes and business rule
- 3+experience writing specifications, creating documentation and analyzingWeb APIsand JSON.
- 2+years experience using business modeling tools to document business process flows
- 5+years experience in analyzing pseudo code implemented in various languages such as COBOL orJava.
- Technical experience with NYC HRA applications such as POS, AHRA, On Demand or NYCWAY

- 5+ years experience in preparing design documents consisting of database structures and data capturing

Benefits

$80+/Hr.
