Active Directory Engineer

This is a remote position.

We are currently searching for an experienced Active Directory Engineer to join our team.

What Will You Do?

The Active Directory Engineer will AD consolidation work. Assisting the lead architect/engineer in the planning, remediation, and implementation activities needed to consolidate the agreed-upon AD forests into a single domain.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPOs
• Expert knowledge of AD, ADFS, Azure AD, Office 365, PKI in Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, and Windows 2019
• Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, in a Windows 2012 landscape
• Knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager, Microsoft Exchange, Quest Active Roles Server (ARS) are preferable
• Must have a deep and thorough understanding of monitoring best practices, preferably with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) understanding and experience
• Must have a deep and thorough understanding of AD Infrastructure - DNS, DHCP, Security Controls, Group Policy Objects, etc.
• Experience in the large-scale consolidation (more than 25K users) of Active Directory forests
• Experience in working with Quest Migration Manager and other migration tools such as Binary Tree, GPOAdmin, Enterprise Reporter, etc.
• Experience in integrating and migrating On-Prem MS Exchange to O365 environment
• Experience with infrastructure and server implementation; application migration, networking fundamentals; Windows; Physical Server architecture and Virtualization Technologies (e.g., VMware, HyperV)
• Experience in developing automation scripts for AD migration/consolidation based on PowerShell
