Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure that the construction contracts and deliverables meet the company’s objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality.
- Manage the development of the project execution plan and the project schedule, conducting weekly construction meeting with the Contractors and Consultants to monitor the work progress and ensure that the project is on track.
- Coordinate all the construction Contracts’ activities across other organizational functions such as cost, planning and contracts, resolving any contracts conflicts.
- Forecast and propose any future improvements in the construction process, avoiding any potential risks and implement all the required corrective and preventive action in case the occurrence of any.
- Regular evaluation for Contractors and Consultants, generating added value principles that may have positive impact on the project time and cost.
Job Requirements
Must have technical / professional qualifications (knowledge & Skills):
- Minimum 15 years of experience.
- Bachelor`s degree in civil engineering.
- Understanding of Contractual conditions.
- Project Management skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
