HVAC TECHNICIAN

Job Summary

The main role of the Technician is to perform jobs given on weekly basis by direct supervisor, carries out maintenance contracts and attends some warranty related jobs.

Key responsibilities

.

Receives weekly job schedules from concerned Supervisor and executes accordingly

.

in a timely manner

.

Executes and completes the job as per the budgeted man-hour

.

Responsible to generate and deliver time sheets, job cards and EH&S site surveys

.

Collects outstanding payment as per the target

.

Meets assigned SOIP target (revenue, utilization, GM, call back rate, EH&S, and

.

MFA)

.

Executes assigned some warranty and maintenance jobs

.

Assists Senior Technicians on startup jobs as required

.

Reports escalated problems and spare parts requirements to Supervisor for necessary

.

arrangements; installs spare parts when attained

.

Attends weekly and monthly department Operation meetings well prepared

.

Attends EH&S trainings

Qualifications

• High School Degree required (Technical Diploma is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English
• Communication skills
• Customer focus orientated
• Analytical thinking skills
