الوصف الوظيفي

Strategic:

1. Formulate the certified car business strategic plans and budgets identifying the long-term direction for the business in order achieve business results.

2. Identify the strategic business and market trends, i.e. competitors and principals’ activities, customers’ behaviors, and ensure alignment of the various business components to these trends and formulate solutions to cope with market changes.

Operational:

1. Plan and Direct marketing and commercial activities, such as pricing, product mix, promotions, advertising and sales targets so that agreed profit, sales and new vehicles market share targets are achieved.

2. Ensure an appropriate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is implemented featuring service response based on customer input, one-to-one solutions to customers’ requirements, tracking clients’ account history and customer behavior trends to increase customer loyalty.

3. Design and monitor implementation of the sales and delivery process and grooming of the sales teams in order to maximize the conversion of potential customers to sales, both for sales of new cars trade-in ratio, and sale of the used vehicles.

4. Monitor the trade in and vehicle evaluation process in order to achieve the highest possible of profitability by unit.

5. Monitor the auction process and ensure a bias free working relationship with all traders.

6. Ensure that showrooms and reconditioning center are properly maintained, and space is well allocated, and that appropriate model mix, colors and categories/types of vehicles and accessories are displayed.

7. Ensure the highest level of professional standards at all customer contact points in order to achieve the target customer satisfaction index.

8. Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and represent the business at senior level within the customer base to ensure its image is maintained and enhanced.

9. Plan and direct the acquisition of new and management of existing facilities and equipment of retail sales to meet current and future business needs.

10. Ensure staff compliance with the Group policies and procedures.

11. Report periodically on the business performance to management, track business KPIs and budgets, review analysis of activities, costs, operations and sales and data forecasting to determine retail sales progress toward stated goals and objectives, operations cost effectiveness, reduce waste, and take corrective measures as necessary.

12. Maintain knowledge of developments trends and best practices in the area of industry and assure they are incorporated in the future business models of Al-Sayer Group.

People Management:

1. Prepare the manpower budget pertaining to required staffing levels, training and development, internal mobility and succession.

2. Identify objectives and KPIs, review the performance and potential of staff and make/approve decisions relating to appointment and termination, promotions and salary adjustments, disciplinary action, succession planning and development plans.

3. Ensure increasing levels of employee satisfaction and improve the efficiency of manpower.

4. Make requisite attempts to handle all grievances raised by subordinates in a prompt and effective manner.

Skills

  • An ideal candidate should havethe ability to manage multiple certified vehicle sales outlets.
  • Knowledge of a Trade-in department
  • Knowledge and ability to predict and identify trends and unethical behavior.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to implement action plans and improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher with total of 19 years of experience out of which 5 - 10 years of relevant management experience.
  • English a must & Arabic would be beneficial.
