Junior Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Junior Marketing Executive will undertake marketing projects for the benefit of

Sweetheart Kitchen. He/She will organize creative campaigns and brand promotional events that can make a difference for the company's success according to trends and customer requirements.

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, oversee and manage content generation for social channels.

• Manage social engagement including responding to customer feedback and reviews

through our delivery partner apps.

• Develop the SWHK brands’ content marketing and literature including Social Media

channels and platforms.

• Data analysis to hypothesize campaign impacts and final results.

• Conduct a complete market study and prepare a competitive analysis for benchmarking

• Manage PR and exposure opportunities for SWHK brands including event participations.

• Support the project marketing department in launches with collateral and campaign

executions.

• Liaise with suppliers and consultants on numerous day-to-day marketing activities to

support the plan.

• Responsible for managing marketing administration, contract preparation and marketing

filing systems.

• Manage individual marketing initiatives / executions to agreed forecasted budget and

update budget with revised commitments once costed.

• Digital Marketing execution.

• Associated public relations and communications plans (develop and seek press release

approval)

Qualifications and Skills:

 Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, including digital marketing and managing

social channels

 Experience in content marketing including marketing literature and collateral

 Good knowledge of the social media landscape, mainly Facebook/Instagram and

TikTok

 Excellent English Communication Skills (Written & Oral)

 Arabic Communication Skills (Written & Oral) is a plus.

 Excellent writing and strong presentation skills.

 Highly organized and attention to details.

 Tech Savvy

 Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation system tools

 Efficient and Reliable
