Monitor, control and manage the daily SWHK business operations; mainly through platform (Talabat), to meet customer expectations and company goals.

Assist with the dispatching of the orders accurately.

Coordinate and manage project tasks i.e., new kitchen unit coordination and onboarding process, onboarding of new SWHK brand(s), platform logistics and operations, to ensure project delivery within allotted timelines.
.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
.
Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular platform (Talabat) audits.
.
Evaluate current operational performance and assist with formulating strategic plan for improvements.
.
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Business Administration graduate is preferred.
.
Must have at least 2 years operations and coordinator role
.
Food production knowledge and creativity
.
Supervisory experience of at least 1 year
COMPUTER SKILLS
.
Advance working knowledge of various computer software most prominently MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Must have experience working on an ERP system
