4. In order to be successful at this role, you need to have experience in:

• Proven experience in e-Commerce / Dropshipping business in a similar role
• Three years Bachelor of Business Degree.
• Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform – Shopify is a plus
• Identify and source the right products based on demand, logistic feasibility, competitive pricing, and overall viability.
• Create and maintain content SEO of the Products and Categories in English and Arabic
• Ability to analyze data and metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies with other stakeholders
• Excellent ability to handle customer service complaints
• Assess quality and reliability of suppliers while choosing products (Kuwait& MENA)
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders – Marketing, Sales, IT Development Team
• Identify the segment of users for the selected products, to Market (MENA)
• Experience with Online Advertising (Google & Instagram) will be a plus
• You're a people person - this position will require cross-department collaboration.
