سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيLead and enforce HSEQ requirements • Lead and support construction for in house works and subcontracted packages • Assist in preparation of vendor scopes, schedules and requirements • Schedule tracking and overall project support including job progress and schedules/milestones • Identifies and communicates changes in job status, scope, client requests and resolves problems. • Meet work standards, monitor productivity, estimating staff resources and equipment needs • Manage scope, issues/risks, and change management. • Work closely with Project Management/Coordination team with the objective of meeting or exceeding project schedules, budgets and quality standards. • Escalate problems as necessary to ensure awareness and assistance with resolution. • Submit weekly/monthly status reports • Periodic travel to local jobsites. Critical skills: • Civil Engineering graduate qualification; • Minimum 15 years’ experience in EPC project environment; • Strong technical knowledge of the equipment or services, ideally within mid sized or multi-disciplined engineering projects (USD10M civil and earthworks); • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Knowledge of construction engineering practices, including equipment and material. • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills • Working knowledge of computer drafting software (AutoCAD, 3D Civils, Word, Excel), and database programs for scheduling/tracking. • Customer focussed and experience. • Good understanding of local laws and NOC processes • Exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle (concept, basic detail design, construction, commissioning, handover); • Experience in support of commercial management; • Local authority’s accreditation and approvals is mandatory.
