What You'll Do

• Defining objectives and scope of projects for large projects
• Developing project plans, defining key metrics and KPIs to ensure project success
• Aligning project plans with the rest of business
• Managing key stakeholders (both internal and external), understanding inter-dependencies, and ensuring progress across various fronts
• Supporting the Country Manager with various activities across the business
• What Are We Looking For?
• As a Project Manager, you must be very structured, rigorous, independent, flexible, solution-oriented, display excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. You must have a passion for Food & Beverage, love understanding kitchen operations, be output-driven and able to make quick and effective decisions under pressure, while collaborating with various teams. It is also important that you are committed to flexibility during your time at Kitopi, to ensure the company’s and your own success.
• You must be a strong problem-solver, who is able to lead various projects and prioritize accordingly
• You must be able to not fold under pressure. In fact, you thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• 3+ years of experience in professional services (Consulting, Banking) or 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills – able to speak and listen effectively; great written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Kitchen Operations or F&B industry is a plus
