الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and refine visions and business models for the organization’s Digital products
- Define product priorities, DL product roadmap (and interdependencies) and align with CEO
- Support Product Owners (POs) in incorporating organization’s strategy and digital vision into their product roadmaps
- Partner with the head of digital factory and digital leadership team to develop effective product strategies, visions, and execution plans
- Co-create together with Head of Agile Governance (HoAG) and Head of Engineering (HoE) Digital capabilities guidelines: product ownership and product design guidelines, engineering practices
- Coach senior leadership and stakeholders on Digital Lab product development approach
- Track squads’ product management and design maturity and coach them to improve product management and design practices, while providing guidance
- Meet business demand with a quality supply of Digital talent: Product owners, designers
- Hire, assess performance, coach, prevent attrition, and fire product owners and designers
- Propose and initiate agile teams and continuously review the right representation of all required skills in the team
