Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining Primary Healthcare Centre's patients’ files and information.
- Ensure security, confidentiality and accuracy of the medical records and patients information.
- Review patient’s records for completeness, accuracy, and
track patients’ files throughout the medical centers.
- Liaise with other medical, dental and nursing services.
- Responsible in the timely delivery of medical records to the medical clinics.
Skills
Educational Skill Attributes
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Medical Documentation, or Health Information Management or Medical Records or related
field.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related field.
- Working knowledge of the principles of medical record science and coding system.
- Experience in using classification software.
