Electrical Engineer

Job Description

• Oversees and/or coordinates maintenance/repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work.
• Responses to client inquiries and complaints.
• Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients.
• Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports.
• May coordinate and manage move, add and change activities.
• Reviews periodic reports including financials, and explains variances.
• Works with the inquirefinance team to correct errors.

Job Requirements

• BSC. of Electrical engineering required.
• Minimum of two years of related progressive experience and/or training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
