Quality Control Officer

Job Description

Quality Control officer ensures the job performed on any vehicle was done as per the S.O.Ps and Toyota Kodawari Standards. The responsibilities includes:

1. Organize the vehicle servicing and repairing functions including receiving and delivering vehicles as scheduled and according to priorities defined, and coordinate with service advisor and garage staff.

2. Receive Job Cards from the designated area.

3. Prioritize the processed and completed job cards to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

4. Ensure that the performed job on the assigned vehicle was done correctly. If not, the vehicle will be returned to the assigned team.

5. Execute a final inspection on the assigned vehicles by lifting them up.

6. Display work progress on the control board and the job card QC remarks.

7. Receive Job Cards after work completion, sign on behalf of Team. Close the Job on the computer and stamp the Job Card “JOB COMPLETED”.

8. Display Jobs completed and waiting Quality Control on the Communication Board.

9. Represent Team in all matters and discussions relating to quality system improvements in assigned work area.

10. Keep abreast with the rules and regulation of Ministry of Interior, Traffic, the S.O.Ps., and safety of the assigned vehicles.

11.Ensure that the 4-S condition of the vehicle is implemented.

Skills

Educational Qualifications: Pre-Degree/ High School (12th Standard or equivalent) with 6 years of experience

Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic is a must.

Certification and Licensure: Training in ISO 9001-2000 Quality Assurance and Work Instruction processes is provided by Al-Sayer Group
