Production Manager General Description: .

Responsible of planning, organizing, and controlling the work cutting, sewing, embroidery, crystal and painting, finishing sections and ensures targets, quality and delivery date are being met Job Responsibilities: .

Coordinate with the Factory Manager and Planning Manager regarding the loading of orders according to material and delivery date and ensures timely delivery of all orders .

Plan and control manpower and material resources and ensure maximum efficiency and quality are being met .

Make production layout considering the maximum productivity of every style associated with the least possible cost .

Control of inventory of materials, WIP and machines .

Train and motivate employees to achieve the most efficient performance of each subordinate .

Conduct a regular meeting with the core team of production regarding problems that may arise and initiate course of corrective measures .

Ensures targets are being met .

Maintain a harmonious working atmosphere and a well discipline work force .

Responsible in maintaining adequate manpower level in all areas of production under span of control .

Perform any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
