سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيGeneral Description: • The Recruitment & Manpower Planning Officer will Responsible for the effective and fast recruitment process for the entire company and for the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process. • The Recruitment & Manpower Planning Officer will Develop & maintain Recruitment Plan based on approved manpower acquisitions. Job Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment process • Scrutinize & short-list candidates • Receives and tracks employment applications • Plan, develop & provide introductory & orientation training to newly joined staff • Maintain an updated schedule of manpower requirements in all departments • Active use of recruitment sourcing tools, media advertisements, jobsites, internal and external references • Work closely and coordinate with various agencies to deliver recruitment needs • Execute pre-screening phone, actual, webcam interviews and set up final interview schedules with department managers/executive • Assess and evaluate candidates based on resume, interview, skill, trade, behavior tests and reference checks as required • Prepare job offers and carry out salary negotiations • Coordinate with PRO for processing and releasing of visa • Coordinate with agencies for flight bookings and deployment schedule • Arrange airport pick-up and placement of newly arrived staff in accommodation • Prepare necessary joining procedures • Report weekly to Management for progress update and further instruction • Develop and maintain applicants data-base for quick references • Undertake further responsibilities related to tasks as required
